Control on press

	Presses verification Various types of forces sensors in compression combined with a self contained indicator allow the verification of the force on a press. For instance, the sensor model M11 equipped with its load button, connected to a GM80 handset indicator, can be directly inserted in the press. The display of the GM80 visualizes the force applied on the press. It is possible to log in its memory up to 3000 values that can be transferred to a PC afterwards to keep track of the control.
	Control, sorting out parts Various types of forces sensors in compression ( with or without central hole ) connected to a standard transmitter/ indicator allow the control and sorting out of parts further to a press fit operation . When connected with a GM80 PA handset indicator, it is possible to memorize the maximum fit in force , then compare with the high and low set point values , in order to validate the right fit in force of the parts . A simple inductive detector, linked to the trigger input is enough to determine the fitting control distance
