 | Especially designed to instrument engine test benches, the new DR2208 torque sensor offers dual range capabilities with two independent outputs/channels.
The level of this sensor enables testing engines of various powers while keeping the same high accuracy.
The signal transmission between the fixed and the rotating parts is done without any electrical contact and reaches a speed up to 8000 tr/min with an accuracy of 0.1%.
Thanks to the dual output with a factor of 10, i.e the torquemeter DR2208-100/1000 Nm provides a 0/10 V output signal for a 0/100 Nm torque while the second output provides a 0/10 V signal for a 0/1000 Nm torque.
Our DR2208 torque sensor offers the great advantage of avoiding multiple assembly/disassembly operations. It saves time, offers a very reliable measurement and prevents the sensor from being damaged during assembly/maintenance operations.
