Adjustment of tie bars of molding machines.
 EPSITRAC is a complete solution, offering sensors, measurement display and a whole set of accessories in a case.
1 or 2 EPSIMETAL strain sensors, bonded or clamped on each tie bar, measure tensile strength, allowing a very fine and fast adjustment of the machine.
Data are displayed on a PC, thanks to a data acquisition card and the EPSITRAC software.
Tie bars are adjusted when the mold is open, then tensile force on each of them can be controlled and compared to the 3 others once the mold is clamped.
Traceability and results analysis are allowed thanks to some integrated functions:
