High speed weighing with eNod3-C

eNod3-C is able to transform any analog load cell into an intelligent weighing system.
It includes functions dedicated to sorting and dynamic weight control.

eNodview is a powerful signal acquisition and analysis software able to:
    • make date acquisition and display the signal in time and frequency
    • simulate the effect of digital filters
    • make real time displaying of the weighing cycle

Fruit grading with eNod3-C

The weighing system include a 20 kg single point load cell and 1 eNod3-C for checkweighing control. The eNod3-C controler is connected to a PLC with CANOpen communication port.
Depending on the fruit type to be sorted, the PLC sends filtering parameters to the eNod3-C controller.
eNod3-C takes care of digital filtering, weighing measurements and sends the calculated fruit weight value to the PLC which eject it into the requested section.
